This Service Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions under which the service provider ("Company") will provide services to the client ("Client"). By engaging with the Company, the Client agrees to the following terms:
Scope of Services
1. The Company will provide services as outlined in the Client’s selected package or custom agreement.
2. Services include, but are not limited to, those listed in the agreed proposal or statement of work.
3. The Client may request additional services outside the scope of this Agreement, which may require a separate contract or an amendment to this Agreement.
4. The Company reserves the right to modify the service offerings with prior notice to the Client.
Term of Agreement
1. This Agreement shall begin on the date specified and continue for a minimum duration as agreed (e.g., six months or one year).
2. Contracts may be extended with mutual consent.

Payment Terms

3. The Client grants the Company permission to use final deliverables for promotional purposes, excluding sensitive or proprietary content.
Confidentiality
1. Both parties agree to protect confidential information shared during the course of this Agreement.
2. Neither party will disclose or use such information for purposes outside the scope of this Agreement.
3. This clause remains in effect for five years following the termination of this Agreement.
Termination
